Local candidates are highly preferred. **Candidates eligible to work in the US without sponsorship are encouraged to apply. ** Profile Responsibilities: Support Genesys/IVR implementation based on business needs Support design, build and test planning phases for small to medium sized enhancements, projects and break/fix items. Work as a liaison between business stakeholders, support and technical teams including (onshore/offshore) Act as Genesys/IVR SME for business users and application maintenance team working with intake, small enhancements, break-fix and incident prioritization and escalations Accountable for developing business and functional requirements for small to medium sized enhancements and changes in business process Provide input to internal business groups and peers on process improvement projects designed to improve business and IT results. Understand best practices and methods for defining detailed business requirements including planning, documentation, analysis and alignment to corporate standards Document and refine business requirements to describe the business needs to a functional requirement level without presuming a technical solution. Under the guidance of Delivery Manager/Manager, ensure requirements are verifiable and testable once a solution is defined Support the execution of the development pipeline and delivery of the Genesys IVR applications including vendor solutions to QA, and ultimately to production Work in execution of product development across all teams as part of the development lifecycle Work with Release Management to sequence/coordinate development activities within software development Support enhancement lifecycle by providing input into project information such as scope, estimates, evaluation criteria and results, etc. Assist to define system scope and objectives based on both user needs and a basic knowledge of business systems and industry requirement with consideration of business application to both current and future business environment. Accountable for developing business and functional requirements for small to medium issues and enhancements to business process Communicate functional business requirements in enough detail to effectively involve IT Stakeholders across domains and vendors and conversely communicate technical solutions to business stakeholders in non-technical terminology Provide business analysis coverage for the Genesys/IVR platform Prioritization of deliverables, recommend alternative solutions and strategies, engage in negotiations. Understand and articulate the technology vision and strategy, ensure that technology solution is successfully aligned with the business goals and priorities Define and implement operational processes Ability to influence decisions/ mindsets Knowledge & Experience Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience in a directly related field Bachelors Degree with a Minimum of (3) to five (5) years of previous experience required. An additional four years of related experience may substitute for the Bachelors degree. A minimum 2 years experience supporting a call center or an IVR platform Experience as Business Analyst Self-starter. Proven ability to manage multiple, concurrent projects with minimal supervision.
