Ability to write clear, concise, detailed requirements ? Experience with user interfaces, image optimization, scripting, web accessibility standards, design & development standards, and cross-platform issues ? Web 2.0 concepts and methods are essential ? Demonstrated knowledge of principles of web design and user-centered design principles and practices ? Excellent verbal and written communication skills ? Graduation from an accredited four-year college or university Preferred: ? 4-year degree in HCI (Human Computer-Interaction), graphic/visual design, or related field or equivalent work, a plus ? Knowledge of JavaScript frameworks such as jQuery and Prototype ? Knowledge of W3C recommendations, accessibility issues, and best practices ? Experience in Visio, Photoshop, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Flash (with ActionScript) ? A talent for synthesizing research, market trends, competitive data, and other inputs into concrete product ideas ?
