We are seeking a candidate with in-depth experience with Siebel Loyalty implementation. To have experience in taking the business process mapping documents, turn them into IT requirements, and assist in mapping them to Siebel Loyalty engine capabilities. This senior-level Business Analyst will be working with business and IT units to understand the requirements and how best to implement them in the Siebel Loyalty environment. Assist with the migration strategy for the end-users to the new process. Qualified candidates should have experience with project management. Must be a strategic thinker, results driven, detail oriented and capable/comfortable of assuming responsibility for analysis assignments in order to work with minimal supervision. Requirements: • Siebel Loyalty implementation experience • Quickly understands the business issues and challenges of the organization and industry • Strong communication, organizational, prioritization and leadership skills • Detail oriented with strong analytical aptitude • Minimum 3 years experience in writing functional and user specifications • Experience with software development methodologies • Minimum 5 years experience with various business analysis elicitation/analysis techniques • Must be able to lead group discussions and be comfortable eliciting requirements from business unit teams Desired: Certification or experience with Agile methods   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
