Continually ensure the validity and integrity of artifacts during the BSA process and after as the system evolves with change requests and general maintenance. Mandatory Qualifications: 84 Months experience managing small to medium-scale business analysis work or projects with distinct deliverables to a solution; Candidate is able to work without assistance and can provide leadership for others; may have advanced education. 84 Months of experience leading business process analysis sessions with customers using various agile techniques designed to help understand the customers current process, the challenges they are facing and ability to acquire an accurate assessment of their business requirements based on the requested business needs. Requested Qualifications 84 Months of experience curating artifacts related to the business system analysis (BSA) process. 84 Months of experience in translating business requirements into design specifications, mockups that accurately represent the interests of system users in the formulation of the new system. 48 Months of experience leading development and execution of test plans and cases. 18+ Months of experience working closely with QAT and UAT teams helping to define test scripts, business use cases, acceptance criteria, etc. in order to effectively test system capabilities. 12+ Months of documented experience performing business analysis for mobile based development projects Minimum 12 Months of Experience with System Development Lifecycles (SDLC) and creating SDLC artifacts. 12+ Months of actual hands on experience designing interactive mobile and web mockups with UI mockup tools – specifically Balsamiq, Visio, or UXPin.   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
