Analyzing current system and how its being used by Account Manager, Scheduler, Program Manager throughout the sales cycle and gather requirements of core needs and pain points which require critical/analytical thinking to understand impact. The main purpose of the scheduling system is deciding which opportunity warrants the use of the Customer Briefing Center which provides the demonstration capabilities. Need passionate self starters for this role. Need a senior BA to work with senior business leaders to help requirement gathering/documentation of strategy into an executable format. Detailed BRD to ensure no debate between business and IT. Excellent communication, smart but approachable. Lead strategic conversations with Leaders and program managers. Ability to make people comfortable with you. New capabilities, process, governance will be included into strategy. Align services across other programs as well, overall customer service needs a cohesive plan and an over arching view. Engage/interface with IT, but not do IT BA work, they will take of that. This is more on the business side. Preferably in an environment that utilizes services to enable sales to sell the product. Understand Selling Process.
