Capabilities COE is driving significant transformation within the marketing organization and building new capabilities via common processes and technologies. The Marketing Business Initiatives team is a shared service team that will provide common ways of working with our partners and within the group to make it simpler and easier for everyone. The team will lead the routines for large program and project work managing annually a portfolio estimated $40MM-$60MM. They will manage projects that have process, technology, and change management components to ensure a successful delivery. These capabilities projects are in support of the new Marketing organization which is expected to be over 1500 team members which means that many of these projects will need to be deployed to thousands of team members. We are looking for a Business BA to drive improved services delivered by managing the critical function of managing project requirements Performing functions such as these: •Elicits requirements from stakeholders. Translates, simplifies and analyzes the feasibility of requirements to promote business process and solution design efficiency •Manages requirements documentation and act as the lead agent on the project to communicate requirements to stakeholders •Acts as liaison/interpreter between business and technical stakeholders to define and document business/technical needs and objectives, current operational procedures, and key considerations to promote optimized solutions. •Maps discovery to current business state process flow charts to future state process flow charts to complete business requirements to traceability matrix •Serves as the one of the Subject Matter Experts to help design technical and business process solutions •Ensures requirements align with what is delivered from technology; validates what is delivered meets requirements documentation & future process flow chart •Conducts audits of initial documents created and can manage external group audits, if/when necessary •Provides rigor on documents created by teams external to the project team and provides assistance to meet timelines •Plays a key role in UAT efforts •Supports the development of training materials, participates in the implementation, and provides post-implementation support   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
