Business Analyst EDI ITIL PMP Certification SME Analyst (Jobs in La Vergne, TN)   Requirement id 63579 Job title Analyst Job location in LA VERGNE, TN Skills required Business Analyst, EDI, ITIL, PMP Certification SME Open Date 23-Aug-2017 Close Date Job type Contract Duration 6 Months Compensation DOE Status requirement --- Job interview type --- Apply    Email Recruiter: coolsoft Job Description Analyst: Business Analyst, EDI, ITIL, PMP Certification SME Start date : 09/18/2017 End date : 03/18/2018 Deadline : 08/29/2017 Client : Cardinal Health OH Description : Candidate must be our own W2 Employee IT Staff Augmentation - EDI Business Analyst Pharmaceutical Supplier & PD 3PL EDI Implementation Role Overview • Work closely with the business and IT teams to design EDI centered solutions, gather requirements, and see implementations through to completion. • Work with a managed services, offshore team to configure new trading partners. • Perform testing with new and existing trading partners • Troubleshoot and resolve production issues with the potential for 24x7 support as needed • Provide documentation for new and existing EDI processes • Participate in on call situations to support our production environments and help to perform or drive root cause analysis meetings for production issues. • Drive long term changes to processes and applications to reduce time spent on break/fix issues • Lead and act as SME for large EDI projects with little or no supervision • Implement new trading partners to EDI as required by the business Required Skills • Bachelors Degree in related field or equivalent work experience • Applies comprehensive knowledge and a thorough understanding of concepts, principles, and technical capabilities to perform varied tasks and projects • Minimum of 4 years experience as a EDI business analyst • Experience with GXS Application Integrator and Enterprise Gateway a plus • Strong troubleshooting skills • Experience leading large EDI projects with proven track record • Supervisory experience a plus • Experience with change control or management procedures • Familiarity with EDI in the ecommerce and supply chain spaces • ITIL and PMP certifications a plus • Ability to multi-task with emphasis on customer service and root cause analysis. • Completes work independently, receives general guidance on new projects • Strong oral and written communication skills • Ability to work in a team oriented environment   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
