Lead internal review sessions. Discuss issues and questions related to claims data analysis, issue documentation; work with business stakeholders to review and resolve these issues. Communicate with many levels of the organization, business stakeholders/SME, project managers, system architects, quality assurance, etc. Required skills: - 10+ years of US Healthcare BA experience working in large, complex, matrix organization - 5+ years of claims data analysis - Work with business stakeholders to gather requirements and complete artifacts, including solution design support and data mapping - validate requirements with stakeholders and the project team; provide suggestions and recommendations. - Lead internal review sessions with C Level. Discuss issues and questions related to claims data analysis, issue documentation; work with business stakeholders t- review and resolve these issues - Perform data analysis, using in-depth knowledge of relational databases and healthcare data. - Provide explanations and information related t- data analysis findings t- both project team and business stakeholders. - Support all phases of the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
