Employ strong skills and experience with IIBA, BABOK, BMPN, CMMI or other methods and techniques to inform and improve the organizational efficiencies and robustness of requirements and process design or definition. Document the organizational policies and procedures in the context of system requirements. Work with technical staff and business users to problem-solve and identify workable solutions. Develop workflows that demonstrate current and proposed business requirements. Prioritize the individual work load that involves multiple project assignments and deadlines. Create and execute test cases, test scripts, data sets and user procedures. Ensure testing results correspond to Business and Functional Requirements. Work with team leads, technical staff and key users to identify, track and manage project issues as they arise. Answer questions and inquiries about system functionality. Provide user support, including training, help and instructions. Required Skills: Bachelors degree and at least 7 years of experience as a Senior Business Analyst or Business Process Consultant. Experience with HIPAA Transactions and Code Set Rule. Experience working with business clients and technical staff to drive the development of business requirements for implementation into a computer application. Experience writing Design and Requirements documents, flow charts, process maps, competence diagrams and other artifacts to complete the SDLC. Complete fluency in speaking and writing in the English language is required. Experience working independently, within guidelines, for the development and execution of test scripts, test cases, data sets and user procedures. Experience level with Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Visio must be at an intermediate level or higher. Strong understanding of the Project Management and Systems Development Life Cycles. Desired Skills: Three years of experience (current within the last year) in an operational role at a Medicaid or Medicare agency or a Medical Claims Processing organization. Experience with the Section 1104 (Administrative Simplification) of the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act. Experience with CAQH CORE Operating Rules and Edifecs Operating Rules product(s), i.e. XE Connect, OR Profile, Applications Manager and SpecBuilder.Working knowledge of Microsoft SharePoint, as well as project management tools such as Clarity, Microsoft Project, or similar products.   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
