The Senior Business Analyst shall support the organizations efforts in the analysis, design, development, and implementation of its Retirement Security Platform ("RSP"). RSP is designed to leverage the latest technologies and industry best practices in support of current and future defined benefit plan designs and to provide for accurate, efficient and flexible gathering and maintenance of data, Retirement Security ("RS") billing and administration, actuarial valuation and data warehouse reporting, calculation and payment of benefits, as well as modeling and reporting on current and future retirement income levels to both participating cooperatives and their covered employees. REQUIRED SKILLS: -Strong experience as a BA including requirements analysis, system design, documentation, testing, implementation and support -Analysis work requiring knowledge of defined benefit pension plans -Should have extensive experience working in an Agile environment -Experience drafting and maintaining the Sprint Backlog in JIRA and Confluence -Strong experience coordinating and facilitating requirements gathering sessions, user story definitions, and story prioritization with product owners and other stakeholders -Experience creating and maintaining documentation related to work performed, including, but not limited to, JIRA tasks, story and acceptance criteria definition, design artifacts and project wiki entries Responsibilities: o Develop and confirm requirements with business owners o Facilitate meetings with business and technology teams for the purpose of eliciting and developing business requirements, acceptance criteria, business process modeling and testing documentation o Conduct business and systems analysis on existing processes o Deliver detailed sequence flow diagrams for business and technical processes and detailed system requirements in use case format o Deliver detailed business requirements, acceptance criteria, business process flow diagrams and test cases o Develop and confirm requirements, acceptance criteria, business process models and test cases with the Product Owner and business stakeholders o Effectively communicate and facilitate communications with both technical and non-technical audiences o Assist with application testing functions and coordination as necessary o Facilitate requirements sessions, modeling use cases, and documenting business and technical requirements and processes o Facilitate communications effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences o Analyze current business systems, processes and other documentation in relation to the new web-based system and processes to define business requirements and ensure that no functionality is lost o Assist with process development for the use in User Acceptance Testing o Develop metrics-based status documents to reflect status, progress, and expected completion dates o Actively participate in Agile ceremonies and processes This email and any files transmitted with it are confidential and or privileged information internal to our organization and intended solely for the use of the individual(s) or entity or entities to whom they are addressed.
