Job Overview It is looking for a strong Business Analyst to assist in identifying and documenting change management requirements to allow users adopt a new system and ensure the process is running smoothly using the information gained from analysis. The BSA will be called upon to document and analyze business problems, requirements and scenarios that will emerge when technology change is introduced throughout different business units. Responsibilities Gather data for change analysis and change impact assessments using change methodologies to support change management activities Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders to enhance project delivery and to understand and manage the impacts of the change and project implementation plan. Work collaboratively with operational business groups to understand current and future state and to ensure business requirements are translated into documentation Elicit requirements using interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, storyboards, surveys, site visits, business process descriptions, use cases, scenarios, event lists, business analysis, workflow analysis, and/or viewpoints Write requirements and functional specifications according to standard templates, using natural language simply and clearly Lead requirements analysis and verification, ensuring that requirement statements are complete, consistent, concise conforming to published standards Participate in requirements prioritization Demonstrate the ability to facilitate effective meetings and produce quality meeting documentation and minutes Demonstrate the ability to assemble data, assess a situation, receive input from stakeholders, and document a course of action that supports the projects change management strategy Requirements 3-5+ years experience as a business or change analyst 2+ years experience in technical writing, preparing requirements documents, end-user system documentation, or preparation of training material MS Office Product experience MS SharePoint experience preferred ServiceNow experience helpful Interviewing skills, to talk with individuals and groups about their needs and ask the right questions to identify essential requirements information Strong listening skills Facilitation skills, to lead requirements elicitation work sessions Observational skills, to validate data obtained via other techniques Writing skills, to communicate information effectively to all levels of project stakeholder Bachelors degree required, preferably in Information Technology (IT), Computer Science (CS)   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
