This project includes replacement of the eligibility determination systems for Medicaid/CHIP, SNAP, TANF, Child Care, and LIHEAP. The project is divided into two phases/releases. Release #1 is for the design, development, and implementation of a new eligibility determination system supporting the Affordable Care Act (ACA) completed on February 8, 2016, and is currently in maintenance and operations. Release #2 includes the design, development, and implementation of eligibility application processing, eligibility determination, and enrollment for SNAP, TANF, Child Care, LIHEAP, and the remaining Medicaid programs. The design, development, and implementation (DDI) vendor is Deloitte Consulting, LLP.
