Provide technical guidance to LQA peers, developers and architects regarding the implementation of performance automation during the testing phase of new/modified code. Gather non-functional requirements from the application owners. Build Master Test Plan for application under test. Work with Enterprise environment owners to schedule windows and resources (infrastructure, system, application, middleware, vendors) for test execution. Collaborate with support teams, architects, and developers on analyzing performance test results. Coordinate and lead meetings for information gathering, test execution and results analysis. Report findings constructively to application owners and to management in accordance with the LQA SPL teams process. Provide weekly status against MTP milestones to Release Coordinator, highlighting success or risk. This is a challenging growth position requiring an experienced candidate who works as part of a larger team effort. QUALIFICATIONS -Proven ability to comprehend complex, enterprise systems including front-ends, middleware, services layer, database, back-end and downstream vendors. -Ability to clearly communicate software concepts to both technical and non-technical peers -Experience working collaboratively with business analysts, development and quality assurance colleagues. -Demonstrated experience in Enterprise Testing Methodologies. -Proficiency with HP Performance Center (LoadRunner) highly recommended Some nights and/or weekends during the test cycle will be required.   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
