TRA.NET includes the redesign and construction of TRA s enterprise pension administration systems. The systems are being reengineered fr0m 3-tier Delphi to web based C# .NET 4.0, with MVC, entity framework, and WCF. The project includes all core business processes, including imaging and workflow. The position of Senior Business Analyst will: -Take a lead role in the ongoing development and maintenance of standard requirements artifact templates, such as screen design mockup templates, Vision 2010 BPMN diagram templates, MS Word-based Policy templates, etc. -Take a lead role in the management of SharePoint-based artifact repositories, including joint application development workspaces. -Assist with creation and maintenance of business requirements artifacts. -Assist with joint application development sessions. -Train internal business staff who have been moved to business analyst roles. Training is to include the use of standardized requirements artifacts, including BPMN. Assist, through mentoring, the new business-oriented team members as they develop the skillsets of business analysts. -Lead in the development of end-to-end BPMN level II process models for TRAs pension fund administration systems and activities. -Plan and coordinate activities in collaboration with the project manager, quality assurance team (2), Technical Architects (2), development team (7), and business analyst team (4-5). Additional Skill Requirements: One or more engagements on multi-year enterprise-level projects involving the gathering and maintenance of end-to-end system requirements. - Strong experience creating business process models in Visio, using BPMN, at an enterprise-wide level. Experience managing 100+ BPMN diagrams, including the modeling of cross-functional workflows and re-usable subprocesses.
