The ability to adjust well and staying calm in constantly changing environments, with the focus on the customer/user Preferred Skills: Demonstrated knowledge of terminology, usage, and operating characteristics of hardware, software, and operating system components Demonstrated ability to define system solutions in comprehensive, quantitative, and qualitative terms to facilitate comparative analysis of alternative system solutions Working knowledge of the following: o CR tracking systems such as ServiceNow o VersionOne tool to setup and track projects utilizing Agile methodologies o Ability to assist with development of simple to complex project plans utilizing Agile methodologies o Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) o SQL, PL/SQL o SQL Developer o UNIX/Linux o Informatica o IBM WebSphere MQ Previous Quality Assurance testing experience Additional Provisions Pass both a client mandated clearance process to include drug screening, criminal history check and credit check. Once candidates resume is approved and interview passed, the agency is responsible for providing drug screening. Failure to submit the drug screening results will delay the security clearance process. If a candidate is given an interim clearance, continuation of employment is then based on the candidate receiving a sensitive clearance. All candidates must be a US Citizen, or have permanent residence status (Green Card) or hold an H1B Visa. Candidate must have lived in the United States for the past 5 years.
