This position will serve as a Trans Tech Organizational Change Management (OCM) Project Lead. The selected candidate will serve as a Trans Tech OCM partner with FDOT Business Offices and technology project stakeholders to support the launch, design, development, implementation, and stabilization of technical solutions to meet user needs. The selected candidate will assist in the overall coordination, delivery, and adoption of work efforts relating to the OCM track, including activities relating to people, processes, government, and technology and the Departments goal to support business engagement, readiness, and adoption, under the general direction of the FDOT Trans Tech Organizational Change Manager. 5 Education Bachelors Degree in Communications, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. Or equivalent work experience. 6 Experience Typically has 3 to 5 years of business/industry work experience, with 1 to 3 years of project or program leadership/management and/or OCM experience. 7 Primary Job Duties/ Tasks Serve as a Trans Tech OCM Project Lead. Liaise with other Trans Tech, FDOT Business Offices, and other technical Project Team members to ensure integration with other project tracks, and deliver OCM information relating to project management, functional, technical, solution, and OCM needs. Serve as the principal liaison between the Organizational Change Manager and project teams, provide timely and accurate status reports, and assist in prioritizing and communicating opportunities for improved and/or supportive OCM practices. Complete OCM Triage and estimation activities Develop OCM recommendations, create, maintain, and execute OCM Project Timelines, produce quality, valuable content, and participate in implementation, monitoring, and stabilization efforts. Manage Project Communications SharePoint sites. Participate in and/or facilitate OCM meetings, workshops, and implementation activities. 8 Job Specific Knowledge Skills and Abilities (KSAs): Knowledge of the principles, methods, practices, tools and techniques outlines in Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK). Knowledge of assessment and analytical process and practices. Knowledge of industry concepts, practices relating to adult learning and instructional theories. Knowledge of OCM practices. Skill in effective communication, coordination, and analytics. Skill in strategic planning, program development, and project management. Skill in researching, compiling, and analyzing data to report findings and recommend solutions. Skill in providing presentations, consultation services, and training programs. Skill in using Microsoft Suite; including but not limited to Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint. Skill in overseeing OCM activities and tools to identify and evaluate stakeholders knowledge, skills, and abilities, enhance professional development, deliver communications and increase engagement, and monitor implementation for multiple enterprise level projects, priorities, and initiatives in accordance with policies, procedures, and systems and applications requirements. Skill in communicating and collaborating with Executive Leadership, OCM staff and consultants, Project Management Teams, Project Networks, Stakeholders, and other project vendors.
