Enhancements are intended to increase functionality while enhancing both user and customer experience. Enterprise USPS Mail scanning solution Collaborate with DMV stakeholders to capture business requirements related to the development and implementation of USPS mail scanning and workflow solution to eliminate the need to manage physical mail artifacts while improving tracking and service delivery. Data Strategy Program Collaborate with DMV stakeholders to capture business requirements related to establishing an authoritative data source for critical DMV business systems. This effort is intended to eliminate duplicate data entry between key DMV systems while enabling common transactions for online processing. Anticipated efforts include the build-out of interfaces of key systems and development of business processes required to enable the synchronization of key data elements (e.g. unique customer profile). Returned Mail Processing Improvements Identify and develop solution(s) to address USPS mail returned to the DMV. This effort may overlap with currently executing projects. Pending Legislative Mandates Collaborate with DMV stakeholders to identify and develop solutions designed to comply with Legislative Mandates. Mandates may impact key DMV management systems and related business processes. STATE OF CONNECTICUT Department of Motor Vehicles Page 2 of 2 SCOPE OF WORK Responsibilities: Assist the DMV PMO Division with Business Analysis work for various projects Provide a support role for PMO staff whose purpose is to plan, develop, help implement and oversee the User Acceptance Test (UAT) activities to ensure that promised business functionality is delivered to the Project stakeholders. Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts from key functional areas to understand the business specifications and interdependencies between those areas Mentor the PMO staff in analysis and development of Business Specifications Facilitate JAD sessions to foster collaboration between end-users and IT.
