The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment that requires strong problem solving skills, independent and self-directed style, and an aptitude for team collaboration and open communication. The Business Process Analyst needs to know how to integrate the customers perspective and the technology perspective into the teams day-to-day work. We expect the business process analyst to utilize active, incremental feedback loops to ensure common understanding across the teams and stakeholders. It is desired that the candidate have demonstrated servant leadership skills with a focus on supporting and guiding teams toward achieving desired results through deep understanding of business needs, success criteria and expected outcomes. In addition, we are looking for a Business Process Analyst that has experience working with and supporting cross-functional teams in an agile environment. Our teams are performing product development and production support using Scrum, Kanban and SAFe frameworks and processes. It is important that the person we hire understands how to work as a member of an agile team, collaborating closely with the members of the team to gather and analyze business information to understand functional and non-functional requirements. Agency Expected Deliverables Education: The candidate must have a four-year college degree or equivalent technical study and subject mastery. Experience: The candidate must have three or more (3+) years of experience as a business analyst for software applications and/or web applications to include writing use cases, developing test scenarios and working with teams in an agile software development environment.
