Job Description: Accountable for managing the Veeva Vault Product release from a functional perspective Assist with backlog prioritization, communication, and delivery Well versed in backlog management, features and configuration of Veeva Vault for PromoMats, RIM, Clinical and Quality Vault Work within the SeaGen Veeva Vault program management group Client facing functional Business Analyst (BA) Liaison between business groups and various IT groups (PMO, Architecture, Systems) Covey complex information to technical and business audiences Drive business analysis activities that support effort and drive to successful completion Work collaboratively with cross functional teams, including vendors Translate business objectives to system functionalities Author requirements, testing, training, and other documentation as needed Create process models, technical architecture and integration documentation Own testing documentation and activities Communicate risk, issues, and formulate viable mitigation plans Qualifications 3+ years of functional and client facing business analysis experience Experience working in a client facing IT role 1+ year experience supporting a Veeva Vault product (RIM, Clinical or Quality) in a functional Business Analyst capacity Good understanding of SDLC and 21 CFR Part 11 concepts Experience in Biotech/Pharma is an asset Good understanding of GxP, a plus Location – in order of preference: Seattle area, “onsite” area Pacific time zone Non-Pacific time zone   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
