Required Qualifications: 5+ years experience as a Business Analyst Defines and documents customer business functions and processes Consults with management and personnel to identify, define and document business needs and objectives, current operational procedures, problems, input and output requirements, and levels of systems access Lead requirements analysis, validation and verification, ensuring that requirement statements are complete, consistent, concise, comprehensible, traceable, feasible, unambiguous, and verifiable Excels at interpreting business and function requirements and clearly communicating requirements to development teams Analyzes the feasibility of, and develops requirements for, new systems and enhancements to existing systems; ensures the system design fits the needs of the users Tracks and fully documents changes for functional and business specifications Strong understanding of the full lifecycle (SDLC) with Agile/Scrum experience Strong testing skills Additional Qualifications: Proven ability to consult with business end users to identify current operating procedures and to clarify program objectives Participate in customer status meetings as scheduled Facilitate requirements prioritization based on business need Collect and analyze the projects business requirements and transfer the same knowledge to the development team Manage changes to requirements throughout the project lifecycle Knowledge of relational databases Experience working in a Windows environment A strong understanding of web-based applications Preferred Qualifications: BS in Business Management, Computer Science, Information Systems, or similar field, or equivalent experience and/or professional certification Experience working in a Java based platform Experience with VersionOne or similar Agile project tracking based tools Ability to write basic SQL queries The ability to think analytically, solve problems to complex business processes, and document results Excellent communication skills: expected to write requirements documentation, and other documentation as necessary Advanced knowledge and experience using Microsoft Office, specifically MS Excel, MS Word and PowerPoint   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
