Job Description : Position: Business Analyst Duration: Location: Minneapolis, MN Support the Enterprise Data Governance department and establishing the foundational framework and support program roll out of governance tools to the enterprise. This roll will plan and manage the pilot project and support the SIT and UAT testing of the Informatica data governance tools. This position will report to the Enterprise Data Governance program manager and work with the Enterprise Data Governance team, the business SME, technology SME and the Local Data Governance team. Responsibilities • Draft the project plan and scope for the DG Pilot activity • Work with the technology, the vendor, and LDG to prepare for the Pilot activity • Manage the execution of the Pilot activity according to the project plan • Document the pilot test scripts and manage the documentation resulting from the Pilot activities • Collaborate with the testing lead to leverage scripts and test cases to satisfy UAT • Support the testing lead in preparation of the UAT. • Support the execution, documentation, traceability and management of the UAT. • Assist the EDG leadership as needed in drafting policy, playbooks, and assembling the enterprise rollout roadmaps • Assist the project team implementing the EDG tools where needed. • Leverage and contribute to the development of best practices. • Perform occasional ad hoc tasks as needed. Required Qualifications • 5+ years of demonstrated experience in business and functional requirements elicitation, translation and documentation • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and ability to use analysis with associated applications. • Strong relationship and communication skills in working with colleagues and influencing customers on recommendations and analysis. • Strong communication skills (verbal and written) and demonstrated experience in facilitating meetings • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple relationships across the organization, and at times with external parties and clients • Experience acting as liaison among business leaders, staff and utility functions to gather information and share best practices, and to ensure initiatives are executed appropriately • Experience leading presentations at meetings • Demonstrated enthusiasm for learning and developing creative solutions • Excellent communication and facilitation skills; demonstrated ability to clearly and persuasively communicate ideas, issues and recommendations to senior leadership. • Track record of accomplishments, despite obstacles. • Ability to influence across organization and to senior leaders.   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
