Due Date: 4/22/2019 Need 2 References with resume (please send via email) Job Description: Plans and performs IT system research and information gathering activities including conducting individual or group interviews, distributing surveys, and reviewing documents Reviews, documents, and categorizes current or as-is state of the business process or function including creating flow charts and process models, and develop portions of the desired future or to-be state of those processes Identifies and documents the scope of business process changes or enhancements required by procedural changes or by changes to Federal, State or local laws and statutes Helps IT managers to prioritize business process changes to maintain system functionality and efficiencies; establishes timetables for completion of projects; Helps IT managers to communicate business process and system requirements to IT staff, program staff, and stakeholders Develops test data scenarios and analyzes the results; validates requirements throughout the business analysis process. Mandatory Qualifications: 60 + months experience managing small to medium-scale business analysis work or projects with distinct deliverables to a solution; Candidate is able to work without assistance and can provide leadership for others; may have advanced education. At least 72 months experience in planning and performing IT system research and information gathering activities including conducting individual or group interviews, distributing surveys, and reviewing documents Additional nice to have qualifications: At least 72 months experience in reviewing, documenting, and categorizing current or as-is state of the business process or function including creating flow charts and process models, and developing portions of the desired future or to-be state of those processes At least 72 months experience in identifying and documenting the scope of business process changes or enhancements required by procedural changes or by changes to Federal, State or local laws and statutes At least 72 months experience in developing test data scenarios, analyzing the results, and validating requirements throughout the business analysis process At least 48 months experience in developing training plans and training users on new IT system functions or business processes At least 48 months experience in reviewing and analyzing business process deficiencies requiring resolution during or after implementation At least 48 months experience in performing business analysis intelligence activities, such as data mining, to extract data for forecasting, service delivery metrics, and providing management with data to make policy decisions At least 36 months experience with Innotas, TFS, and Quality Center   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
