In the fall of 2020, the agency implemented the TRIRIGA solution for managing real estate. During that implementation, the need for future work was identified that would not be included in the initial implementation. The resource will be working as a TRIRIGA subject matter expert to support the TRIRIGA current state and assist with future upgrades. Duties to include: • Provide ongoing steady state support and maintenance of the TRIRIGA application • Participate/Lead efforts for system upgrades and enhancements • Support triage of issue/change log • Analyze product owner/end users needs and deliver solutions to meet those needs • Work with the business users to develop requirements • Work with the BRE TRIRIGA team to best implement the user requirements • Support end-users from other agencies • Other duties as assigned SKILLS: • Passion for problem-solving • Excellent communication (written and verbal), presentation, and interpersonal skills • 5+ years of experience as a business analyst • 2 - 5 years of experience with TRIRIGA including but not limited to managing the following modules: o Real Estate Management o Space Management o Portfolio Management o Integration with external systems o Report development using TRIRIGAs built-in reporting capability • Demonstratable experience managing IBMs upgrades to TRIRIGA • Experience interfacing with and managing vendors or third-party service providers • Ability to train and teach others • Ability to effective oral and written communication to present technical information in an easy to understand fashion • Must work within Pennsylvania and be able to be on-site as required by the agency • Ability to plan, organize, and prioritize work assignments • Ability to work independently and within a team   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
