PAN is the system or tool that they use for the Providers to do that. PAN feeds into a vendor. Vendor feeds into their internal application for all the utilization management. (Multiple systems) Their team is a combination of command center support, Testing & UAT, as well as Research & Analysis. Production releases are once or twice a month. There are hiring 3 Business Analysts to focus on automating a Work Flow tool. Team/Group: External capabilities Complex program management – end to end projects Business requirements- Agile (not purists) Change Management – organization readiness – training, user access, change communications Product – A Work Flow Decision Tool Automated prior authorization tool that uses AI/Machine Learning to automate this decision making workflow BAs – 1-2 should have AI/ML, others should have healthcare/prior authorization – not everyone needs AI/ML Not all BAs need to be senior Candidates with AI/ML experience do not need to have PA experience Sr. Candidates without AI/ML should have PA experience.
