Job Duties: • Coordinate all aspects of the mapping process with the PM, Technical Lead and Infrastructure team. • Assist with any unit testing related to the mapping process and others as deemed necessary by the PM and technical lead. • Collaborates with multiple stakeholders under the PMs guidance to follow the organizations established policies and procedures. • Build a strong working relationship with various internal stakeholders to document the future state prior to the go live. INTERMEDIATE KNOWLEDGE OF A TICKETING SYSTEM. KNOWLEDGE OF PROJECT MANAGEMENT.
