May have an advanced education. 60 months working on Business Requirements Projects involving 150 or more users and the application of strategies to collect business process requirements for the new application. 60 months experience working as the Lead Business Analyst on projects on which s/he utilized recognized business process management methodologies (e.g., elicitation and documenting of business process requirements, business process modeling, As-Is and To- Be workflow development and gap analysis, best business practice research, target environment definition, etc.) to define and analyze current business processes in order to remodel/design new processes and improve on existing ones. 48 months experience with developing test plans for projects to ensure user and program requirements are met. 60 months experience with internal and external stakeholder communications and outreach, including the development of presentations and other materials that promote the rethinking of core business processes and envisioning of a reengineered environment. 48 months experience with the facilitation of multiple project teams to gather and document business process requirements Day-to-Day tasks : Use recognized business analysis methodologies for large scale organizations with at least 200+ users. Develop systems requirements for the new DMV Transformation Project. Guide business analysis projects involving the use of a broad range of tools and techniques. Communicate business process requirements to IT staff, program staff and stakeholders. Develop test scenarios, scripts and data and evaluate test results. Focus on the effective use of resources, both people and technology, in the execution of the DMV Transformation Project mission. Track and fully document changes for functional and business specifications; writes detailed universally understood procedures for permanent records and for use in training. Participate in user acceptance testing and testing of new system functionality.
