Working for the IS Program and Project Delivery group, the successful candidate will provide analysis and data collection support to enable better management of the infrastructure services portfolio and client-facing project demand. This position will require client management skills to navigate across organizations to understand IS processes and system lifecycles to compile the data. Key Responsibilities: Maintain an Infrastructure project portfolio dashboard for global infrastructure team, utilizing MS Excel and PowerPoint, to enable data integrity in the Enterprise Project Portfolio Management platform (CA Clarity) for effective portfolio management and financial planning Create and maintain an infrastructure resource dashboard to enable data integrity (CA Clarity) for effective resource planning Collect targeted data at component level from various sources, including meetings, resources, and corporate tools (e.g., ISM CMDB, APEX databases, SharePoint) Assist with Shared Services Project Portfolio tasks Clearly articulate requirements to clients for accurate data capture Regularly communicate status, issues, and plans for resolution Basic Qualifications: Masters degree & 3 years of directly related experience OR Bachelors degree & 5 years of directly related experience OR Associates degree & 10 years of directly related experience Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel Preferred Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science of the Life Sciences 5 + years providing IS business analyst and technical support in a biotechnology, pharmaceutical, or healthcare industry Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint Familiarity with CA Clarity PPM (Project & Portfolio Management) tool Familiarity with infrastructure technologies, including but not limited to server hardware and operating systems, databases, managed servers, storage (NAS/SAN), etc. Solid client management skills to interact with key IS technical and architecture personnel to understand their IS processes and systems for data collection Quick learner and self-starter with a high degree of initiative Proven ability to multi-task and stay focused on priorities in a fast paced environment to meet deadlines, including the ability to be comfortable and function effectively in an environment of ambiguity Excellent verbal and written communication skills   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
