The Business Systems Analyst is responsible for working collaboratively with cross functional project teams and stakeholders to define and document both functional and technical system requirements for the development and implementation of Information Technology systems projects. Typical Duties include active participation in design sessions, documentation of system specifications and requirements, process flow documentation using formal process mapping techniques, user documentation, training materials, data management standardization and test plan development and execution. Requirements: - 5+ years experience conducting analysis of business process, information flow, associated reports and applications for Human Resources and Payroll functions and associated systems - Experience implementing PeopleSoft Human Capital Management (HCM)software package - Skilled in development of formal system requirements documents, process flows (MS Visio) and presentations of technical subject matter and comprehensive test plans and cases - Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to work effectively with technical and non technical personnel at various levels; demonstrate experience in presenting technical topics to stakeholder groups - Ability to conduct needs analysis using requirements for various business processes, including information flow, reporting and applications for defined functional area; ability to document using standard terminology and formatting - Knowledge of the application development life cycle and project management techniques and tools: familiar with developing project plans and deliverables. - Bachelors Degree in Business, Management or Information Systems OR 5 years or more of equivalent experience.   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
