Exercise independent judgment within generally defined policies and practices to research, identify and select a solution. Effectively manages clients expectations. Develop and execute detailed test plans, including documenting test results. Develop user manual documentation. Provide time / resource estimates for assigned tasks/projects. Support requirements management and change management processes, proactively identifying and managing changes to the requirements and identifying risks. Support various aspects of the business cycle, including assessments and implementations.
