Project Scope: Business analysis and application support for vended and custom applications. Role Definition: Under the direction of the ECM team lead provide the following assistance: 1. Define and document business and technical requirements. 2. Application support and configuration for the Agenda Management system, FileNet, Kofax and custom applications. 3. Application testing, documentation and user training. 4. Manage projects and project resources. 5. Work well in a team environment. 6. Excellent oral and written communication skills Positions: One Duration: Six months with option for extension Rate: Commensurate with education and experience. Mandatory requirements: Demonstrated Business Analyst experience to include the following: Define and document business and technical requirements. Knowledge of the principles and practices of project management. Application testing, documentation and user training. Desirable Requirements: Education and experience in working with: Familiarity designing and implementing workflows. Application support and configuration including managing users and administering changes and upgrades to the agenda management system. Act as a liaison between vendors, technical staff and departmental staff.
