The project will touch systems that support end-to-end credit card transactions. Our scope includes site-based POS hardware and software, testing with Clients host systems, and testing electronic data exchanges with external financial institutions. The site-based POS changes will be developed by three vendors, each with their own proprietary hardware and software, based on financial industry standards and Client-specific requirements. REQUIREMENTS * 3+ Years experience as a Business Analyst in the Information Technology area (critical). * Experience with Point of Sale systems (critical). * Ability to efficiently gather, develop, document, and/or model business and functional requirements (critical). * Experience conducting or supporting training (preferred). * Logical Data Modeling; Functional Design and Workflow Analysis; and Systems Development Life Cycle (preferred). * Very strong people skills and impeccable communication skills (critical) * Strong ability to facilitate group discussions to communicate results of analyses, resolve issues, and gain consensus (Critical) * Strong organizational and multitasking skills (critical). * Drives for results, strong collaboration, influencing, and negotiation skills (critical).
