This individual must be capable of working independently and have good communication and organization skills. The Business Analyst must be able to follow State, Department, OIT and Application Services processes and procedures. Please ensure your candidate meets all of the required Knowledge Skills and Abilities (KSAs). Education Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or other related field. Or equivalent work experience. Experience Experience with eliciting, reviewing, defining and documenting business requirements is required. Experience supporting business case development with associated cost benefit analyses and approval workflows is required. Experience developing course curricula and training tools and delivering stand-up training is required. Graphic Design and Multimedia development experience using Creative Cloud and Captivate is highly desired. Strong knowledge in creating and maintaining SharePoint sites, including web parts and workflows is highly desired. Experience with Innotas portfolio management software is highly desired. Job Specific – Knowledge Skills and Abilities (KSAs) The submitted candidate must be able to apply common knowledge, skills, and abilities in the following areas: Ability to use office, graphic, portfolio, web, and analytical software products, including but not limited to Enterprise Architect, Innotas, HTML, JavaScript, jQuery, SharePoint, Content Management Systems, Creative Cloud products and Office Suite. Ability to research software for small or enterprise solutions and quickly learn how to effectively use new software products. Ability to communicate, interact and collaborate directly with customers, technical staff, and management, and build positive personal relationships. Ability to plan, organize, coordinate, and prioritize work assignments for self and others. Ability to develop and deliver presentations. Ability to be an unbiased facilitator.
