The Business Analyst shall conduct preliminary design analysis for system enhancements and business rule changes, system acceptance testing and production implementation as requested by business stakeholders. Once feedback is received from the stakeholder community, the Business Analyst will finalize source documentation to include use cases, user manuals, and associated policies and procedures. Bachelors or Masters Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or other related field or equivalent work experience; • Minimum of 2 years of experience on successful, enterprise level information technology projects; SOW 23-24-004 3 • Minimum of 2 years of experience in integration of multiple systems or applications; • Minimum of 2 years of experience in gathering and documenting business requirements (functional and non-functional) on full life cycle development projects; • Minimum of 2 years of experience creating comprehensive Test Plans and use of automated testing tools; • Experience with meeting facilitation and requirements documentation; • Experience with business analysis and gathering and documenting requirements • Ability to gather and evaluate customer requirements and needs. • Strong communication and collaborative skills; and • Excellent oral, written and communication skills; • Ability to work independently or cooperatively with other software developers • Ability to deliver the assignments of the project in the agreed schedule, to the correct technical specification (i.e. defined to meet user requirements) within the approved budget and other specified criteria • Must have the ability to work cooperatively with software developers • Experience with Scrum • Experience with development in JAVA Frameworks • MS-Visio • JIRA • NIEM XML Accountable to the FDLE assigned Senior Management Analyst Supervisor (SMAS) for all phases of specific projects.
