The candidate must show past experience in business analysis and system design. Experience in business analysis for any Corrections Agency is a big plus and preferred. 1.Determines operational objectives by studying business functions; gathering information; evaluating output requirements and formats. 2. Prepare technical specification documents, unit, and system test plans. 3. Developing user test plans for user acceptance testing. 4. Develop user manuals. 5. Test software applications to meet business process requirements. 6. Design Reports and interfaces with other systems. 7. Improves systems by studying current practices; designing modifications. 8. Provides references for users by writing and maintaining user documentation and training users. 9. Prepares technical reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends. 10. Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; benchmarking state-of-the-art practices; participating in professional societies. 11. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. 12. Proficient in speaking English language is a must. Required Skills: Minimum Qualifications: a. Minimum 5 years experience in business analysis and application design. b. Experienced in SQl (minimum of 3 years) Proficient in developing SQL queries to be used in the development of test cases and/or problem resolution. Proficient in use of SQL navigator . c.
