To support this initiative, the department of DD is looking for a Program Manager/ Business Analyst to guide the business team. The individual in this role will be responsible for documenting the current provider enrollment process, supporting the documentation and definition of functionality for a new application to improve visibility and reporting capabilities of provider capacities and vacancies, and supporting Agency leadership in designing and implementing a plan to improve DD going provider recruitment and development. Specific responsibilities and qualifications are listed below. Responsibilities for the position include: Quickly become familiar with client business challenges, processes, and technologies Define and document current-state business functions and processes Identify opportunities for improving business processes through technology Provide connection between business and technology to ensure an impactful solution is delivered Elicit and document future-state business processes and translate to detailed business requirements Assess feasibility of implementing requirements and ensure requirements will satisfy business needs Create process flows to document business processes Define application workflows to support the business processes Analyze data, interpret results, and provide insights back to the business Communicate with all levels of stakeholders including executives, providers, developers, and customers Create and manage a project plan to complete the project tasks Specific qualifications includes: Ability to document complex processes and communicate concepts clearly Ability to interface with technical and business customers Experience in eliciting and documenting requirements Experience facilitating meetings with business and technical stakeholders Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite SQL skills preferred Minimum 3 years experience   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
