Data Governance/Metadata Librarian Analyst: • Serve as a metadata consultant, including but not limited to advising on metadata standards and assisting in development and implementation of best practices (including data classification), tools, procedures and workflows • Develop, create and maintain metadata standards • Develops and provides training to enterprise resources regarding resource description, metadata remediation and metadata management • Create a process for Data Stewards and assist in managing/supporting changes to reference and master data • Advise, coach and help to implement on Agile Data Governance structure and process through best practice knowledge • Provide guidance and support to help align Agile Data Governance work with strategic initiatives to produce quick successful outputs • Lead and assist Data Governance Office in running Data Governance enterprise and sub-groups • Collect, capture and log governed elements, their associated definitions, and business rules (as per identified through current strategic initiatives • Assist with developing a repeatable process to profile, analyze and assess Data Quality for identified Governance Data Attributes • Assist with stewardship design, data loading, cleansing, mastering and certified processes • Produce documentation (including workflows and procedures) for all new or changed processes or procedures • Familiarity with Data Governance, Master Data Management and Metadata Management concepts • Experience creating, editing, enhancing, transforming, or migrating legacy metadata • Experience with formulating metadata policies and procedures • SQL query experience • Data Vault knowledge • Excellent communication and analytic skills, including the ability to work well in a team-based environment • Interpersonal skills • Familiarity with Microsoft Sharepoint • DAMA Methodology familiarity • Talend, and Wherescape experience • Healthcare industry knowledge • Familiarity with Enterprise Architecture & Business Process Management concepts • Data Modeling experience and expertise   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
