This resource will work in Lansing for the first 2 weeks of the assignment to meet the technical team, learn client specific processes and get an understanding of the CRM solution & product. Work schedule options: 4 days a week on site – either work 10 hour days or 5 - 8 hour days with 5th day working remotely. Experience: Experience as a Business Analyst in enterprise level web-based Applications Software (preferably in Public Sector). Ability to design, conduct and facilitate client workshops for gathering, analyzing and documenting business requirements. Develop work-flow diagrams to support the defined business processes. Experience in documenting scope items, user stories, use cases, business rules, acceptance criteria, systems requirements. Ability to articulate customer requirements and complex analysis to a non-technical audience. Ability to provide professional services to help our clients meet their business / IT objectives. This may include process re-engineering, process improvement, facilitation, solution analysis and fit/gap analysis. Experience with COTS CRM products such as AMANDA, Salesforce or Accela. Knowledge in Microsoft suite - Visio, Project, Word, MS Excel. Strong knowledge of functional testing. Experience in Agile methodologies and Team Foundation Server. Strong SQL skills. Ability to prepare wire-frames for web applications.
