Workshops will include a description of new roles, training people to fill the new roles, and describing new sales and forecasting processes. This deployment will be led by 8 Regional Business Managers on-site at locations in their regions over the course of 2-5 weeks. We are seeking an Analyst to support each Business Manager as they conduct these workshops through execution of the following activities: Workshop Preparation Workshop Minutes Setting up deliverables and an associated tracking mechanism Other support activities as needed A 1-1.5 week orientation will be held, followed by the workshop support We are seeking candidates with Intermediate Project Management or Business Analyst profiles based on the following guidelines: Responsibilities: 1. Support multiple workshops (not concurrently) and interacts with other team members, peers and workshop participants as appropriate 2. Complete all appropriate documentation required by the Business Managers and business model design and transition leaders 3. Prepare workshop documentation and communications through guidance from Business Managers or transition team leadership 4. Adhere to and support internal Client project management standards and processes 5. Function as focal point for workshop and follow-up information Qualifications: 1. 4-8 years of work experience with progressively increasing responsibility 2. Strong oral and written communication skills and ability to synthesize and summarize workshop issues and actions rapidly assimilating the intent of workshop materials 3.
