Manages medium-small sized teams and/or work efforts (if in an individual contributor role) Must haves: Salesforce.com Subject Matter Expert required. Minimum of 7 years of experience in Salesforce Architecture Experience leading a Support Team and daily maintenance activities associated with highly customized install of Salesforce application. Creatively apply a wide range of technical and management principles around the salesfore.com application. Serves as lead expert in a complex subject. Recognized in and outside the organization as a significant resource in the subject area. Has defined authority and responsibility for a significant area of work, inculding technical, financial and quality aspects. Is accountable for actions and decisions taken by self and subordinates. Minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent Minimum of 7 Years of Salesforce experience Preferred Qualifications: Bachelors Degree or equivalent.
