As a lead analyst, this person will help customers realize their financial needs by delivering the worlds most innovative e-banking, mobile, and tablet solutions. Work with the Digital Sales and Marketing team on initiatives for the public site as well as the sales and service platforms. In this role, you will: • Act as a liaison between the business client and technical organization by planning, conducting, and directing the analysis of highly complex business problems solved through strategic e-Commerce-based solutions (e.g., Intranet and Internet). • Lead requirements elicitation sessions to understand business problems and how proposed system enhancements address them while assessing impact to existing functionality and business processes. • Produce business requirement artifacts – including UML, Use Cases, Business Rules, Supplemental (Non-Functional) Specifications, and User Interface Design Specifications – for the largest and most complex projects. • Be engaged throughout the whole project life-cycle, from Inception through post-Install Transition. • Work directly with all let els through to senior management across the organization and be considered the highest-level functioning expert. • Candidates should be self-starters, able to multi-task, work well under tight deadlines, and be comfortable working with technical and business teams.   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
