Job Description : As a system support analyst in Wells Fargos Risk and Finance organization, you will be responsible for supporting various regulatory reporting and analytics capabilities for Credit Risk, Enterprise Risk, Operational Risk and Compliance. Your primary responsibilities will involve partnering with LOB contacts to interpret business requirements, support technology design and build work, support various aspects of testing, data research and problem solving. Required Qualifications: • BS/BA degree or higher • Ability to quickly learn business operations and processes • Ability to communicate effectively with business partners, project managers and team members • Ability to manage multiple and competing priorities • 5+ years of business systems analysis or design experience • 5+ years of financial analysis experience • 5+ years of experience leading the requirement design process with both technical and business partners • 5+ years of business systems analysis or design experience • 5+ years of PL/SQL experience • 5+ years of experience creating macros and pivot tables in Excel • 3 + years of experience with Agile tools • 3+ years of experience with Waterfall and Agile project methodologies Other Desired • Knowledge and understanding of Hadoop ecosystem tools relevant for real-time and batch data ingestion • Prior Wells Fargo Experience • Experience with regulatory reporting requirements and submissions to the Fed, SEC, Treasury, OCC and other major domestic and international regulators.
