This position will interact regularly with internal teams, including Audit, Legal, Finance, and Operational Risk. Job Responsibilities Develop and maintain strong relationships with LOB Executives, Relationship Owners (ROs) and Payments Product Owners. Understanding of applicable Federal guidelines and regulations related to managing Third Party risk. Develop a deep understanding digital payments and services provided by the LOBs Third Parties. Communicate consistently and effectively TPRM processes and any process changes with all key stakeholders and various levels of management. Support the Senior Director of TPRM, TPRM team and internal/external partners (e.g. Audit and Regulators, LOB Executives, etc.) for various risk routines. Continuous improvement of the Third Party Risk Management process Execute the TPRM process, including but not limited to risk assessment validation, Third Party performance assessment review and challenge, issues management remediation, BSCA review and reporting and Third Party contingency planning. Provide deep insight into Third Party performance including analysis of key metrics, reporting of risk data and integration of supplemental Third Party information. Prepare reports and report out to assigned LOBs regularly on Third Party performance, risks and issues. Support ongoing development, updating and refinement of the Third Party Risk Management policy, procedures and related process. Create, review and communicate Third Party performance scorecards, quarterly business reviews and annual assessments with LOBs. Ensure timely completion of special projects and initiatives as assigned. Understand complex business and information technology management processes Understand clients business environment and basic risk management approaches Build and nurture positive working relationships with clients with the intention to exceed client expectations Qualifications BA/BS required in business, accounting, finance or related field. 5 years banking payments money movement experience required 5 years related experience (Risk Management, Third Party Management, Sourcing, Audit, Legal or Compliance) in the financial services industry or related field. Understanding of federal banking guidelines/requirements. Team player with excellent interpersonal skills Strong organizational skills; ability to establish priorities, multi-task, and follow through on tasks. Working knowledge of risk components (policy/procedures, governance, reporting, etc.) in a regulated environment (FDIC, OCC guidelines, etc.). Results and detail oriented with strong analytical/problem solving skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to summarize complex issues.
