Provides technical expertise in identifying, evaluating, and developing systems and procedures that are cost effective and meet business requirements. Works with user groups to provide training, resolve questions, assess user needs, and recommend changes. Participates in transforming strategic enterprise architecture and design principles into specific system requirements and specifications. Recommends and initiates systems testing. Acts as the highest-level internal consultant within technology and business groups by re-engineering technical processes for greater efficiencies with significant impact to the business. 10+ years of experience in business systems analysis and/or design. Qualifications: 10+ years of experience in business systems analysis and/or design. Bachelors or higher level degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Software Information Systems or Management Information Systems Experience in Financial Industry preferred Experienced developing functional and non-functional requirements Experience with performing functional testing, writing test scripts, reporting test results, and working business partners in coordinating UAT testing Experience in SDLC processes and creating SDLC documentation Highly organized and flexible Ability to execute in a fast paced, high demand, environment while balancing multiple priorities Ability to quickly troubleshoot issues and align with the team to determine quick solutions Experience developing and cultivating professional relationships Demonstrates ability to lead and mentor others Knowledge and understanding of web applications, experience delivering requirements for content rich, data-driven web UI applications Experience interfacing with technology teams and/or experience working in a highly matrix environment Experience working/interacting within an application development team(s) environment Experience implementing custom and vendor based solutions   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
