The resource will with stakeholders in understanding and translating requirements to the underlying data. The resource will gather and document requirements and review with business stakeholders to achieve sign-off. Coordinate user acceptance testing for business users including preparing test scripts, validating test completion, and sign-off. Required Skills: • Excellent analytical, communication, presentation, organizational and problem solving skills. • Strong communication skills. Comfortable dealing directly with senior internal clients • Experience in achieving results working in multi-disciplinary teams and collaborating in a matrix environment. • Ability to capture user/customer requirements and develop comprehensive test plans. • Experience acting as intermediary between business line and IT to ensure optimal delivery against requirements. • Proven experience developing and writing business/functional requirements. • Proficient in analyzing client reference data. • Ability to make recommendations to ensure data quality and appropriate controls Desired Skills: • Experience with the standard SDLC life-cycle and Agile techniques. • Experience with data integration, data profiling, and data cleansing methods and practices.   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
