Day to Day job Duties: Be able to contribute to a team responsible for the design, development, and implementation of critical business applications on the Force.com platform - Implement system integration requirements related to client legacy applications as required - Expected to be aware of technology and industry trends and be willing to quickly learn new technologies in order to develop innovative solutions in response to client specific business needs - Participate in definition of end user requirements of new and/or existing customer application implementation projects - Create and maintain system-related documentation, such as business requirements, process flows, data maps, configuration worksheets, etc. with all pertinent project information - Provide assistance and technical guidance to junior level consultants - - - Must have: - The Cloud Consultant/Business Analyst has hands on experience implementing Sales Force functionality and can act as a knowledgeable liaison between technical teams, testing teams and business stakeholders during the implementation phase. - Experience working with customers to elicit and analyze their requirements, develop designs, and implement Sales Force. - Must possess strong configuration skills such as such as creating screens, tabs, views, filters, validation rules, workflows, process builder, cloud flow designer, approvals, profiles, role, security permissions, custom objects, custom fields, relationships, reports/dashboards , lightning UI and other configuration related activities. - Must be willing to work with Developers as needed for complex customization. - Experience implementing Sales Force solutions using agile methodology. - Must also work closely with Scrum Master and other team members in a collaborative manner to achieve common team objectives. - Must also present Prototypes/Demos to business users as required. - This resource is also expected to participate in daily stand up meetings as well as all other activities normally expected from a scrum team Basic Qualifications: - 5+ years of work experience is required - 5 years of Sales Force experience is required.   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
