The capability to perform the functions described in Section 13, Scope of Work; Five (5) years of Business process analysis; Five (5) years of Business process documentation; Quickly able to learn new business processes; Five (5) years of Use Case Design, Develop and document; Five (5) years of test planning Design, Develop and document; Five (5) years of test case writing Design, Develop and document; Five (5) years of workgroup formation and management; Effectively and efficiently conducting meetings including documentation, minutes, and follow up; Presenting materials to groups of people; Five (5) years of conducting end-user training on software and business processes; Five (5) years of writing user manuals; and Three (3) years of using MS Outlook to view resource availability and to schedule resources EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS DESIRED Reading, analyzing and interpreting statutes Understanding of the role of the Project Manager and project related documents Prior experience working in a government records filing office SCOPE OF WORK Consultant must perform all activities to the agreed upon project plan/schedule. Work must be completed according to the specifications and standards set by the State. Report directly to the primary Project Manager; Provide weekly status reports detailing progress on assignments; Conduct meetings with Sponsors, Stakeholders and Subject Matter Experts documenting all requirements, questions and risks; As required by the Project Manager; attend, take notes and follow up on project meetings; Document and resolve issues; Secure acceptance and approval of project deliverables from Sponsors and Stakeholders; Oversee project tasks to completion; Track issues and bugs to resolution; Track all issues and report anything that may impact the project timelines immediately; Receive training within at least two (2) functional areas within the Commercial Recordings Business Division until proficient enough to fill the role as a Subject Matter Expert (SME); Review project requirements documents and use cases; Provide continuity of service, business knowledge, and expertise over the duration of the project; Facilitate the Design and Development project phases by interfacing between Design/Development Team, Commercial Recordings Division and Project Management; Develop Test Plans and Test Cases; Develop the Requirements Traceability Matrix; Conduct and oversee User Acceptance Testing; Develop Training Plan and Materials; and Conduct Training for end users in the Commercial Recordings division once the solution has been developed.   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
