This application is used to address the Early Intervention Programs (EIPs) functions of child referral and intake, case management, developmental evaluations, service planning, service delivery, service providers claiming, service providers payment, 3rd party insurance claiming (commercial and Medicaid), state vouchering, provider application and approval, reporting, auditing, and compliance with Federal and State requirements. This position will primarily support the migration of these functions and data to a replacement system. As a secondary task, there will be analysis of another system within the Bureau of EI to address long-term defects and to implement enhancements Qualifications Business Analyst - Analyzes an organization or business domain (real or hypothetical) and documents its business or processes or systems, assessing the business model or its integration with technology with distinct deliverables to a solution. Expert 84+ months: Candidate is able to provide guidance to large teams and/or has extensive industry experience and is considered at the top of his/her field. 84 Months Experience with business intelligence tools to design a report. 84 Months Experience in quality assurance testing of reports, SQL, PL/SQL, and development of user acceptance documents for reports. 60 Months Experience with end user documentation development specifically business reporting requirements documents, use cases, flow charts. 60 Months Experience with all phases of report specifications development including design, testing, and maintenance of reports. 60 Months Experience in OBIEE 11g Business Intelligence tools 60 Months Development of end user training materials for use of OBIEE Analytics, OBIEE Dashboards, and/or Business Intelligence or application reports. 60 Months Experience developing and implementing system and work-flow processes in an OBIEE/ Business Intelligence environment. Bachelor degree in business intelligence, information science, criminal justice, health science, computer science, mathematics, or public/business administration with an analytics or communications background (e.g., math, statistics, quantitative methods coursework). Day-to-Day tasks: Work as a liaison among stakeholders in order to elicit, analyze, communicate and validate the requirements for changes to current business processes, policies and information systems and for the development of new business processes, policies and information systems. Conduct analysis of business and user needs and developing business requirements documents in accordance with the requirements and protocol of the ITS EIM Division. Create business documentation (Business Requirement documents, use cases, swim lanes, process documentation) that detail the BI requirements and deliverables for OBIEE reports, dashboards, and ad hoc tools. Work closely with Data Warehouse and Business Intelligence technical team members and various OMH Business Owners to create Business Requirement documentation and assist in developing logical and physical dimensional data model reporting requirements and provide assistance in understanding the data requirements for proposed reporting.
