Use project management methodology and documentation to manage projects. Plan and facilitate all required project and technical meetings. Provide Agendas and Distribute Meeting Minutes for all Project Management Meetings. Use?project management tools, such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Project and Visio to delegate staff assignments, track project status and determine time estimates.? Provide regular?status reports detailing project metrics, progress, and mitigation strategies underway to address concerns.? Partner with Business Analyst(s) to ensure the business requirements are elicited from Business owners and key stakeholders. Ensure requirements are communicated, documented, addressed, and if approved, included in future project plans. Coordinate the creation of end user documentation (i.e., business requirements documents, use cases, flow charts, report mock-ups, swim lane diagrams, prototypes, and screen designs) with Business Analyst. Coordinate and partner with Business, Information Technology (Tech Lead, Tech Architects, Analysts, etc.) and Vendor resources to complete projects. Adhere to all NYS Project Management directives and processes. Preferred Qualifications: Plans, organizes, and integrates cross-functional information technology projects that are significant in scope and impact. 84+ Months: Candidate is able to provide guidance to large teams and/or has extensive industry experience and is considered at the top of his/her field.??? Mandatory Qualifications: 84 Months Experience as a Project Manager, managing project execution and control, including maintaining project budgets, Microsoft project schedules, scope requirements, status reports, communication plans, and quality standards. 36 Months Experience as a Project Manager using the Secure Software Development Life Cycle including the use of Planning, Analysis, Design & Development, Implementation, Testing and Release to Production activities for new software implementations. 36 Months Experience as a Project Manager managing application development projects that include commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) products and ensuring vendor delivers expeditious and thorough implementation of version upgrades, installations, configurations, custom development, triage and troubleshooting incidents, and testing. 36 Months Experience as a Project Manager, managing infrastructure projects which require network connectivity (such as building management systems, medication distribution systems, temperature monitoring systems, VOIP, and other systems) 36 Months Experience as a Project Manager managing Infrastructure Projects that require coordination between Requesting Entity (i.e., Government Agency or Private Company) and Vendors. 36 Months Experience working on projects that require working with architecture and infrastructure team to identify technical requirements for integration of central servers and facility systems. 36 Months Experience as a Project Manager managing Infrastructure projects including Oracle and SQL Server Database upgrades. 60 Months Experience working on projects that required the ability to identify technical requirements such as server and database requirements for multiple environments. 24 Months Experience managing authentication and authorization projects resulting in a scalable and maintainable software solution that will allow for end user administration of user access that consolidates user and provisioning data into a single data store for use by multiple applications. 48 Months Experience managing a BizTalk platform upgrade project whic   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
