We have a 24-month project with our client in Rensselaer, NY that requires a Business Analyst, Mid-Level Prepare data reports that will assist counties and voluntary agencies as they work to understand the strengths and challenges related to their current performance Day-to-Day Tasks include, but not limited to: Pulling and formatting data reports Organizing themes from case reviews, corrective action plans, permanency round table reports, county planning documents, etc. Developing easily understandable reports that portray countys performance (in quantitative and/or qualitative terms) Assist districts and agencies in troubleshooting data-related issues Participating in meetings to understand additional needs/resources that home office can provide (i.e.: additional qualitative or quantitative data, literature review, process mapping techniques, etc.) Identify opportunities to meet identified needs. Mandatory Qualifications: Analyzes an organization or business domain (real or hypothetical) and documents its business or processes or systems, assessing the business model or its integration with technology with distinct deliverables to a solution 36-60 Months. Candidate is able to work independently, without assistance. Preferred Qualifications: 36 months experience working directly with users in a health and human services or child welfare system. 36 months experience providing computer support. 36 months experience utilizing software to collect, filter, process, create and distribute data. 36 months experience creating flow diagrams, structure charts, and other types of system or process representations. 36 months experience performing information activities to support the implementation of an automated service system 36 months facilitating or providing technical assistance to users/groups to arrive at sound business solutions to improve current business practices 36 months experience in change management planning and implementing change, including experience in self-assessments, and developing implementation action plans.
