We drive key strategic initiatives that enhance and improve performance of our systems and business processes enabling the client to adapt to rapidly changing meter technology. Our efforts ensure accurate and timely meter data for the following Business Processes: Billing Meter Asset Management and Financial Reporting Regulatory obligations Revenue protection activities Mass Meter Installations We do this in collaboration with our Operating Company customers, Customer and Distribution Services (C&DS) peers and IT partners driving for continuous improvement. We are currently in the process of transitioning from Oracles MDM 1.6 to MDM 2.x. The primary responsibilities for this position will be to independently with minimal supervision: * Ensure documentation reflects a clear mapping between requirements, system design and test cases * Develop scenarios and detailed test cases to ensure System and UAT testing is thorough and results in no post implementation business disruptions or major defects * Use Quality Center to create test cases and log results * Assist with the development of End User training * Conduct End User training * Provide post production support to end users and information technology and vendors for any additional training needs or system defects Must possess strong planning and organization skills, ability to overcome challenges and obstacles in a positive manner, and excellent interpersonal skills.   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
